My name is Derrick Schmidt and I’ve been painting for the past ten years. I’m primarily a self taught artist with some help along the way. I am goal oriented with a strong passion for longevity within my artistic career and becoming as expressive and experimental as I possibly can. I paint because it’s all I know, I’ve only ever been involved with activities or experiences that reflect self expression.
