Picking up a camera gives me an opportunity to capture a specific vision to share with others. Ultimately, a well-made image represents a moment in time that is expressed infinitely, and that’s enough of a reason for me to have my camera around wherever I go.

I am a self-taught photographer who started my journey way back in my university days. I bought my first camera which was a 35mm film camera. I became interested in black and white photography. I was a starving student and B&W film was cheaper! I processed my own images the old way in a small dark room. After university and pharmacy school I set off to work and started a family. My photography became mostly around my family and trips.

Fast-forwarding to about five years ago, the photo bug caught up with me. I bought a new digital Canon EOS DSLR camera. As I started taking digital images, I quickly realized the I needed to learn post-processing and have taught myself Adobe LR and PS. Quite a learning curve.

Today I am primarily a landscape photographer. My passion is making landscape images of what this incredible and beautiful planet Earth gives us.
