Photography is just a hobby of mine. My real job is portraits and illustrations in graphite and there are pictures of many of those in here. My photos consist mostly of the roses in my back yard and my little dog Bruiser, a 14lb cockapoo with antics to keep me on my toes these past 6 years. I live on a remote island off the coast of Washington State, up against Canada, where the air is clean, the weather is amiable (40%F in winter and 70% in summer)with little rain. People are scarce here and I am my own admitted hermit. I have been drawing, doing pottery, painting and many other media since I could hold a pencil and my mom could afford materials for me. My best critic is my boyfriend and of course myself. I have yet to ever have a showing of my art, but instead sell it through word of mouth, making a living in that way. I had a website for 25 years, showing my art, but found that it was not worth my while to keep up, so closed it last year, therefore the only way to see my drawings now is on Facebook, under Dreamscapes by Kimberly or befriend me, Kimberly L Nusbaum and all of my work is there including photography, pottery, etc., and I am happy to oblige.
