I live in West Cumbria in the north of England just on the edge of the Lake District. Hence I am never short of beautiful landscapes or seascape opportunities. I also like to photograph local events such as amateur dramatics, fairs, agricultural shows and sports, mainly rugby league.Took up photography as a hobby when I retired in 2006. I like all forms of photography which I think shows in the variety of my images.I would describe myself as a keen amateur and still learning. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
