Do we really outgrow people… or do we get sick of trying and showing up … I mean really when is the last time that you didn’t give up on something or believe that something that you wanted was out of reach. We live in a world where we trust quotes on the internet more than our own conscience and intuition… We value our work, our status on the likes and follows of complete strangers… everything is a conspiracy… everything is a scam… everyone is pissed off and owed something… everyone has advice… searching for that perfect hack… it’s all static… Like there’s some style, some magic algorithm that’s gonna some how make it all make sense… gonna make you like yourself and fill that void. The thing is though… there’s nothing outside of us that can ever make us complete… there’s no avoiding the beatings… so you just learn to take them with a smile on your face… and that makes you fucking invincible… that makes you love the beautiful mess that is you.
