My first camera was a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye. Given to me in the late 60's. I Bought my first 35 mm camera in 1985. A Minolta SLR 201. My current "go to" camera is the Sony a7r ii with a backup of the Canon 70D. No formal training (although needed).
