I was born in Mussoorie (Uttarakhand), which is a part of Indian Himalayas. I was brought up and educated from basic primary to Ph.D, in different parts of Himalaya. By profession I am a scientist.

For me the definition of art is audio- visual means of self expression, irrespective of the medium/mediums adopted.

My first hobby is playing music since 4 years of age. my other hobbies are sculpture, painting, photography, woodcraft, reading and studying different cultures and relation of the people with their environment.

I liked this forum to study the ways artists express different issues and bring deep-rooted imprints of their culture. I am happy to be with nice, gentle and highly talented artists and in addition I may learn a bit of photography too.
