Viktor Riemer

Challenging the ambiguity of human perception.

I started my career as an ambitious hobby photographer in the seventies with a Minolta XD7 and later a Minolta XG-M and mainly focussed on street photography, reportage and collage. I learned my analog photography handcraft as self-study and developed film and paper prints on my own.

I founded a registered photo association and performed multi-media events long before digital technology was available combining photography with audio and video films.

Due to personal circumstances I stopped engaging in photography for a long time and bought my first digital equipment a Nikon D50 in 2010 which I am still using today. With a LUMIX FZ150 I found back to my passion street photography and reportage and recently I started to focus on artistry, fine photography and design as well.
