Baz Diprose grew up in West Sussex, England.
Travel was a massive part of his youth, sooner or later wanderlust kicked in and he found himself kicking about on the tiny islands of Cayman.
For several years the Dive Industry served as a means to an end, I feel honoured to say that my job, was also my hobby. It was at this time I was drawn to underwater photography.
This magical era also gifted me the title and nickname Chopper...but thats another story..
Bermuda, the Caymans and Perth were once a place called home. Broad encounters with European cities are a continuing adventure, but my heart to this day remains in America. The ex-Pat era slowly came to an end, but the lust for travel and photography is as ravenous as ever.
Landscapes, Cityscapes and Seascapes have become the photographic subjects of choice, as well as the odd urban random shot here and there. Long exposure has become something of a drug, the rewards can be extraordinarily satisfying.
All I could wish for is the adventures never end, that I stay young at heart and my images might bring a feeling of warmth to your bones.
For me when you find something you truly love doing with all your heart, you realise this is the treasure you’ve been searching for your whole life.
I never thought I could be so passionate about something as much, and when you find that passion it will continuously push you forwards.
